To provide an atmosphere within the community that will demonstrate professional, unbiased and exemplary law enforcement services.

To maintain a positive dialogue with other local law enforcement to ensure that Clayton remains a safe community thereby assisting economic development.

To ensure that communication between the public, staff and Town council does not fail.

To ensure that all citizens are treated with the utmost respect by maintaining the highest level of public service throughout Town government.

Providing leadership to the community and Town personnel of Clayton in order to strive and prosper.

Maintaining a much higher standard of ourselves as so much more is expected of us from the public, As leaders of this community we shall never forget the standards of public trust.
